Everything you need to know about your Aurelia Belle jewellery, from materials and sizing to delivery and returns.

What is Aurelia Belle jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, chosen for its durability and made to be worn on repeat.

Our gold pieces are finished with 18k gold plating over stainless steel, creating a longer-lasting finish.

Is Aurelia Belle jewellery waterproof?

Yes. Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is waterproof, sweatproof and tarnish-resistant, so you don't need to take your favourite pieces off every time you shower, swim or head to the gym.

As with all jewellery, a little care will help keep your pieces looking their best for as long as possible.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Stainless steel and PVD-plated stainless steel are highly resistant to tarnishing and everyday wear.

While no jewellery is completely indestructible, Aurelia Belle pieces are designed to retain their finish beautifully with normal wear and care.

Can I shower or swim in my jewellery?

Yes! Aurelia Belle jewellery is designed to fit into real life. You can wear it in the shower, while swimming and during your everyday routine.

We recommend rinsing your jewellery with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or salt water and drying it thoroughly afterwards.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Your Aurelia Belle pieces are made to be low-maintenance, but a little love goes a long way.

To keep them looking their best:

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
Rinse with fresh water after prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water.
Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
Store pieces separately when you're not wearing them to help prevent scratching.

What ring sizes do you offer?

Our rings are available in a selection of sizes, generally ranging from US 4–10, depending on the individual design.

You'll find the available sizes on each product page, along with our Ring Size Guide to help you find your perfect fit.

Some Aurelia Belle rings are adjustable — this will always be stated in the product description.

What if I'm between ring sizes?

If you're between sizes, we'd generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Remember that fingers can naturally change slightly in size throughout the day and in different temperatures, so we recommend measuring when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details.

How is UK delivery sent?

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent via separate couriers dependent on individual country.

Once dispatched, delivery will usually take approximately 2–3 working days, although carrier timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary and we ask you allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us about missing parcels.

How much is UK delivery?

We offer FREE UK delivery on all Aurelia Belle orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Please allow a little time after dispatch for your tracking information to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

We'll always do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to amend or cancel it.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We hope you love your Aurelia Belle pieces, but if something isn't quite right, eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchange policy.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return once their sealed packaging has been opened, except where an item is faulty.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty?

We're really sorry if something isn't right with your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll review it and make things right in accordance with your consumer rights.
