Your jewellery should be made to keep up with everyday life.
That's why every Aurelia Belle piece is crafted from premium stainless steel with a durable, high-quality finish that's designed to resist fading and tarnishing with normal everyday wear.
We're so confident in the quality of our jewellery that every piece is covered by our 12-Month Everyday Colour Promise. If the finish fades or tarnishes due to a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace your item free of charge.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects affecting the colour or finish
- Unexpected fading or tarnishing during normal everyday wear
- Faults with the protective coating
What's Not Covered
Our Colour Promise doesn't cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
- Natural fading of pearls, crystals or gemstones
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, bleach or harsh cleaning products
- Lost of stolen items
- Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by a third party
How to Make a Claim
Simply email care@aureliabelle.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and, if covered, arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Caring for Your Jewellery
While our jewellery is designed for everyday life and is water, swim, and shower friendly, a little care helps keep it looking its best.
We recommend rinsing jewellery after swimming in chlorine or salt water, avoiding prolonged contact with harsh chemicals, and storing pieces separately in airtight jewellery containers when not being worn.
